The Morris Lures 7" Scoop Popper, also known as the “100%er,” is built to deliver consistent surface action and stay working throughout the troll. The scoop face creates a sharp pop and splash while maintaining a smooth rhythm that predators can easily track.

This lure is known for running especially well in the long position, where its steady pop and surface commotion help call fish into the spread. Its balanced action makes it a dependable producer when targeting ahi, mahi, ono, and marlin.
